More canals & canal companies

This mod sucesfully adds more canals and their respective companies in the game.

The canals and companies that have been added so far are:

The Corinth canal and company

The Kiel canal and company

The Kra canal and company

All canals are visually represented on the map once they are build

ON TOP OF THAT if you control the Panama or Suez canal you will have a decesion to CLOSE them and so people won't be able to trade from the trade routes that pass through them. Closing a major canal like the Suez or the Panama though will cost. Trade goods won't be able to pass through them and so you will lose money as long as the canal remains closed. All of the great and major powers will also suffer economicly from such an action.

My plans for the mod is to continue adding more and more canals and i hope to soon add trading lanes that pass through each canal like it happens in base game with the Suez and Panam canal. I will also start working on creating journal entries and event chains with which nations might try to blow up your canal or you might try blowing up theirs.
