Animal Trailers Exorcised (P42.8)

Description
Animal trailers are possessed by the devil. Especially that horse one.

About 42.8 patch: the relevant change does not do much to fix animal trailers or invalidate this. They will still move on their own, still be highly likely to cause damage and/or flip on connection, and be poorly balanced. This mod addresses all those issues.

What this mod still does:
-Animal trailers are much harder to flip while driving, to be similar to any other trailer.
-Also will longer move on their own. The most annoying bug of trailers.
-Also reduces the violence of connecting to a towing vehicle. It can still cause damage, but is far less likely to happen and would typically do less damage. Never once seen it flip on connection with my mod.
-Increased capacity, more so for the large trailer (500/500 to 700/1200). The large is also slightly bulkier, all this to make the two actually different.
*As a consequence of all these changes, both are a bit harder to tow. Though overall it might be easier to tow because my physics changes are significantly better and you're no longer dragging upright trailers. Still, I highly recommend using the mod Effortless Towing (default values work) because the vanilla balance is bad for towing anyway.

It's not working well for me. Every time I connect my horse trailer to my van, the trailer flips and it's impossible to move the vehicle. At least it doesn't shake or move on it's own anymore.

Does this mod have any compatibility issues with certain mods such as Vehicle Class Overhaul or Better Car Physics?

No matter how often I try to use this mod, it ends up locking the vehicle I attach it to in place, making it undriveable.

That's hilarious, and very much a PZ type of thing. "Yeah, we're super realistic in a lot of ways, like excruciatingly so. But this? Nah, totally not how it works in the real world." Insane.

It must be Effortless Towing making me able to tow with the van then. If and when I find a better vehicle for towing (Maybe a pickup?) I'll be sure to re-enable this so my trailers don't go berserk. Thanks!

This has actually always been a thing. Vans have the lowest stats for towing of all base game vehicles. Yes funnily enough a Dart tows better. Nothing I can really do about it in this mod.

This still causes problems with the 42.8 changes. I have Effortless Towing installed on the default settings, but with this installed, I hook up the animal trailer to a 400hp Spiffo Van and I can't move more than 2mph. Disabling this mod lets me tow no problem.

I made a description update on the deal with 42.8. You'll still really want this mod, because animal trailers have many problems still unaddressed.
