SPZ - City Improvements - Reverted Annex Distance Bonus

Description
Very simple mod allowing to revert bonus to annex distance introduced in all variants of "City Improvements [ https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3368788706 ]" if someone doesnt like it. Just put this mod after City Improvements to remove this bonus in playset's load order.

Griffon 1.2 Update is required for this mod to work.

i admit and my bad that i forgot that i should update this submod too. Now patch reverting annex distance bonus from city improvements mod works also on Architect culture.
