Some generic dude with a gun for whatever.

His legs and lower body are frozen by default because he is intended to be a stationary character. He has a magnum revolver by default but you can change his weapon to anything. here's what you need to do to use this, you'll need a few mods (listed below) and some of the hats might fall off, be sure to re enable the collisions and put them back on and disable collisions otherwise the hats will conflict with each other. Have fun with it.
