World Map Movement Increase (70)

Description
Increases global movement points on the map to 70. Makes slow units able to keep up with your main army and gives them a little advantage.

It will speed up the gameplay a bit on the world map.
WARNING: It will increase difficulty as the AI will have the same amount of movement as the player.
