Less Annoying Fogmen (Version 2)

Makes the Fogmen slightly less OP. Basically, Fogman squads have been reduced in size while increasing the chances of other homeless spawns in the Fog Islands.

Standard Fogmen squads will now only have between 7 and 15 Fogmen and large Fogmen squads have been reduced to between 20 to 30.

Escaped Holy Servants have an increased spawn chance and Drifter Skeletons also now have a chance of spawning in the Fog Islands.
