Description
Redesigned Xenocide

-Lasts 3 seconds, deals 5 damage every 0.166 in a 3m radius (80 total damage), then explodes for 120 damage with 25 self damage.

-Xenocide damage radius and range decay off tweaked. Radius reduced to 8. Enemies within 2.66 radius receive full damage, falls off to 20% damage over remaining range.

-Xenocide energy cost lowered to 15. Fixed zero energy cost bug.
