A tiny mod that increases the maximum tier items and Incursions can go.

Max item Tier 5 -> 100
Max Incursion rank 10 -> 1000

@Kite It still works yes, but feels underwhelming once upgrading past the current vanilla cap

@LasurDragon It can be removed safely midgame, but anything that is already higher tier will keep its higher tier.

UPDATE DROPPED
Fixed an issue that prevented higher Tiers tablets from Incursions.
