Description
Increases skill points per level and adjusts most mounts to be accessible earlier.

Adds a Skill to all vanilla nodesets and many others that acts as a dump for excess points at very high levels.

Applies to AI and Human players.

If the mod is not downloading correctly, I was able to use SteamCMD as a workaround:
(input your password/steam guard when prompted)

login <username>
workshop_download_item 364360 3459108250

Then copy the files from
<steamcmd folder>\steamapps\workshop\content\364360\3459108250
into
<TWW folder>\data

Not sure what's wrong, but I also cannot download the file through the vanilla launcher. Added a workaround using SteamCMD to the description.

Is there another mod or mod manager that needs to be installed to use this mod? I doesn't show up in my launcher or function in game, despite appearing to be enabled in the game's properties.

No, the changes apply to the base level scaling. Lords get more points than Heros, but they are accelerated as well. There is a 1% HP/lvl dump skill if you run out of interesting things to put points in.

I'm about to try this one out, is skill points only for player? or do ai factions get it too?
