修复ce不能从墙后面射击的问题

Fix the issue where CE cannot shoot from behind a wall.

for some reason, my colonists refuse to get on the top of the tower, they can still get up, but only if I make them pick up an item that is on the top of the tower already. I don't know why is this, but I think is due to this patch, so I comment it just in case it is
