Description
Addon adds Playermodel and NPCs friendly and hostile
Unique C_hands are missing. C_hands from CSS are used. There are some bugs with rigging.

You should port the GTA 3 South side hoods including a Claude reskinned version of it. Except give Claude a headwear.
