- activate mods of your desire - in this case Cheat Enhanced,
- click apply
- activate CHEAT for Conquest Enhanced
- click apply
Because game engine is powered by hamsters on a wheel, I strongly recommend using Mr.Cookie's Mod Manager.
between step 2 - step 3 are you saying we need the original cheat mod?
I bought Ryzen 9800X3D, I can say one thing, this cpu is made for this game, but also is expensive, and lot of people don't want to buy such CPU for one game.
Now making ai harder would require to:
- increase their quantity (kill FPS in 90% of players)
- increase their veteranity.
That's all what can be done, and won't be done.
