Better Canteens

Description
Improves on the vanilla canteens by making them collect rainwater when placed outside during rain, also lets you use the GI style canteens to boil the water and clean it (not the western or clay)
I originally thought of these canteens as the plastic variants that exist IRL however in the item script it has the tag "HasMetal" which led me to believe it makes sense to think of them as the stainless steel variant.

The third change is the fluid capacity, instead of 500ml's it is now what it is in real life, 950ml's or 1 Quart.

Damn. I hope whatever is taking up your time can be solved, canteens are quite useless atm.

Base.CanteenMilitary is only 500ml? Is that correct?

Base.Canteen does not boil water unfortunately

@RunYouCleverBoy Odd I'll do some testing this morning and see if I can replicate the issue, also just as a sidenote the western canteens will not boil water, that is intended to be that way, however the others should so there's something wrong with that

ur mod do not helps boil water.
im tested all canteens same time,
in clear save and no another mods.
