Vehicle Acceleration Multiplier

Description
It applies a multiplier of your choice to the engineForce parameter of all(not individual) vehicle scripts. Not tested on MP. I made this to get a more vanilla balance with the Better Car Physics mod, but it can be used generally.

In order for mod option changes to take effect at runtime on nearby vehicles, you need to move 90 tiles away from the vehicle and come back. Although the horsepower stat in the mechanics window will update upon entering the vehicle, the actual vehicle physics will not until the vehicle is reloaded by being outside of the player's chunk(175x175).

No mod options in B41

Workshop ID: 3457670134

Thanks Tuna, I'm preferring the max 3 on b42 because I'm only tweaking around 0.80-0.85ish. Appreciate the mod!

Figuring out my ideal setting still since Better Car Physics got updated today as well.

@JOMBi I set the max to 100 on the B41 version.
I'm leaving the max at 3 on the B42 version since the mod options slider is so small, unless I get requests to change it.

I figured it out - adding the workshop item didn't add the mod to the list, added the mod separately and it worked as intended with sandbox controls.

I'd like to play around with an even higher multiplier than x3, how about giving the option to turn this all the way up to 10?

I can't see it in the admin sandbox options while hosting the game.

Can't see it in the _SandboxVars.lua file either.

Running another mod (OffroadGoBrr) that is possibly conflicting - but that is earlier in the stack, and usually mod conflicts created errors and instability, these options just aren't anywhere I expect them to be.

It's just what I've been looking for, so hope we can get this working on MP.

@JOMBi Seems to be working on B41 now, but no mod options, only sandbox setting. Lmk if it works on MP.

@JOMBi no manual install. I'll look into MP compatibility.

installed it on my hosted MP game, but can't see it in the sandbox options

B41 compatible?

Do I need to manually install anything?
