water shader - Anime Water shader - convert water to look more toony

QOL Assets (WIP)- Replacing some images with anime versions like newspaper pictures. Not all are completed, still WIP. If you got "AJI"-phobia dont use.

Player skins - Blend between vanilla and anime - 2 versions: for generic Vanila model [lingered and nude version]
