Mercantilism Bugged Technology Reworked

Description
The mercantilism +20 gold per level five building is bugged so that sacking and demolishing buildings leads to permanent negative gold per turn that keeps building. I'm trying to figure out how to fix the bug so the tech can work as intended, but for now, have something that you can research without disaster following. =)

Not sure. Haven't played this in a while. Is there a way to get a flat amount of Gold for a certain amount of assets? Even if it is X gold per army, it would be decent for nomad factions, who have little way of earning gold passively.

I've only played Amenmesse so far, so there's a lot I don't know about. What kind of bonus would you suggest I put into the tech that would work for them? It's a keystone tech so it should be notable.

I'm still going to take another pass or two at trying to fix the original bugged tech instead of replacing it, but I tried once and couldn't find the bug.

Hi! I would recommend something that could also be used by the Sherden/Peleset. If my memory serves me right, these factions don't own mines, settlements and whatnot :)
