Fixed CTD for 6.1

Will delete when Luminous updates. Luminous is free to use this to update their sub mod.

I made a sub mod for Ushoran to start as leader for Strygos Empire instead for compatibility with Legendary Characters.

Use only one of these sub mods.

thanks for the update,

but it isnt compatible with Legendry Characters mod, when playing IEE
as it replaces
