SIG SG 550 on Minimized Empty Animations

- Includes Custom Sounds
if you want to mod your own then the vpk should be 3456536950.vpk

- Reduced Visual Recoil
Holy f*cking sh*t!, i know empty was just experimenting with what he could get away with but this aspect definitely did not age well.

i had to completely stabilize the camera bone just to get a smoother experience with this.

- Normalized Deploy/Reload Timings
Yeah... i hate doing the math
