Rebound - Ruin system for EK2

Description
Rebound is a lite version of the deprecated EK2 submod "Unbound". This update is fully compatible with the latest version of CK3 and EK2. The following features from Unbound are present in Rebound:

- Ruin excavation (without ruin threat/rebel uprisings)
- Magical mastery decisions (rebalanced)
- Add nativity regions (rebalanced)
- Convert holding to castle, temple or city
- Special buildings such as high temples and mines

The following Unbound features are NOT present and will NOT be updated/included:
- Edict and disaster system
- Imperial decay
- Cultural vigour
- Ample rebalancing of EK2
- Pirate invasions
- Gamerules that do not involve the features I restored
- Men-at-arms (apart from excavation related events)
- Quest system and excavation tab within My Realm menu
- Ruins mapmode (every ruin is located on duchy capitals)
- Colovian flavour

This is a complete upgrade from my previous attempt at restoring parts of unbound, also known as unbound - ruins mod. The UI elements are working much better, the decisions seem to work completely fine and the holding conversion mechanic is back. Be aware that I haven't tested it extensively, expect bugs and missing features. Please report them in the comment section if you do come across any weird things. It took me days to produce this update, so hopefully everything works. Also if you are a localisation wizard please have a go at localising excavation_cycle_story, this is the only thing that I couldn't manage to fix.

All credit goes to the original mod author Vertimnus (and his mod team) who is no longer active on any platform as far as I know. I've gotten permission from 2 of the other Unbound team members to update the mod, and I will remove it if requested by any of them. LOAD THIS SUBMOD AFTER EK2!

!IMPORTANT! I do not wish to involve myself in any controversies related to the history of the original mod. These are all the features of Unbound I found to be excellent additions to gameplay. I'm not going to restore anything else myself apart from maybe ruin threat, but it is unlikely. Please do not post anything inflammatory in the comments section, keep these discussions to your discord servers please. If you wish to make a localised version of this mod in your native language, let me know in the comment section so I can put the link in this description. Just remember to credit me and the original developers.

EK2 team renamed a lot of cultures, and your mod uses old ones, like dwemer

Not for the foreseable future, I haven't played CK3 in months and EK2 doesn't seem to be getting much content either. Maybe next time EK2 gets a major update I'll play and update the mod again.

Will you be updating this?

@Grateful Garments I had trouble with destruction too. I tried it as an adventurer and it charged me the cost w/o triggering the event. Once I was landed, it triggered. I'm not sure (I stupidly didn't test it), but I think it has something to do with having a royal court in the event.

It was good while we had it

Destruction Not working

It seems to me that the Destruction Mastery decision isn't working. I click it and nothing happens except I pay the cost. The decision is still available to click. Restoration, Alteration, and Conjuration have all worked for me so far.

Does this still work?

@Zippy Not by me at least, though I remember there was another guy that had a working version of gamerules that might include what you want. Look for unbound gamerules in the workshop and you might find it.

@Armageddon Steel Legion I don't know, the edict system was taken from a mod called sinews of war. Maybe ask on their discord if anyone is working on a port for EK2?
