No horse speed limits in towns

Description
Hear ye, hear ye!
Good people of Kuttenberg! Be aware that horse riders are now permitted to gallop in town as allowed by Royal decree! May God preserve us!

This mods removes zones limiting your speed on horse, ride on!

Also available on Nexus Mods[www.nexusmods.com]

FYI: Might break with any new version of the game. For game version 1.4.1
This mod modifies the two level.pak files and isn't PTF. Any other mod also modifying the same files might brake it.

Hotfix 1.4.1 broke it and I came back here.
I unsubscribed, than subscribed again.
It works.
