Cheaper Access to Panama canal allowing you to become a Caribbean power.

Updated the economy of Louisiana to make it more viable and competitive.

Adds a unique corporation to your homeland.

Rewrote USA missions so that you wont be claimed by them, allowing you to seek a potential alliance with them.

First of all, great mod and very fun to play. One note though: It seems like all of the generals i can pick from belong to the Metis culture, which is strange since you start with only 9k of them.
