Royal Australian Defence Forces - Nation Pack [v0.6.2]

Bring the might of the Royal Australian Navy and Royal Australian Air Force to Sea Power with this comprehensive Australian Forces Expansion!

This mod adds a detailed collection of classic RAN and RAAF platforms, perfect for Cold War and early modern-era scenarios. Featuring both naval and air units, players can now command or encounter Australian forces across a range of historical operations.

Notes:
When attacking with the A-4's Sidewinders get them on the enemy's 6. This can also be done easier with a trick by getting them to engage with guns which will make the aircraft get into position. Then target with a Sidewinder at the right distance and position. The AIM-9B's only work if you are in the right firing position as the 9B version is rear aspect only. Otherwise the A-4 will not engage after a moment of trying. The same goes for any other aircraft with rear aspect only IR AAMs in the base game.

S-2 Tracker's depth charges reliably deploy when flying at 1,000ft or lower

All textures are in 2k and can impact systems. If its to big of a problem I will work on a 1k texture size format version of the mod.

Daring turrets are split into 2 groups, left and right for the Bofors, and front and back for the Mk6 4.5inch guns. This lets the turrets fire at targets instead of holding fire while out of arc.

What do ya mean "Doesn't work?" I just played a full mission just last night.

I really need a lot more information than "Doesn't work." Like what mods do you have on, do you have all the support mods properly installed, what mission, the log file, etc. Without more information all I can do is say "Ok." Which isn't very helpful 😕

Hello again, is it possible to stop the Ikara's Mk-46 from diving so deep once deployed? This has a tendency to cause it to crash into the sea floor and explode in water shallower than ~250 ft, making it useless in a lot of coastal regions and almost anywhere the game has registered as being on a continental shelf (e.g. Bass Strait or the Arafura Sea, I presume the RAN would want its ASW equipment to function in our coastal waters...). By contrast, similar weapons such as the RUR-5 and Silex are able to deploy their torpedoes in shallower water without this issue despite both torpedoes entering the water with the same velocity as the Ikara's.

For reference, testing was done with only this mod + anchor chain/sealifter activated.

Hallo. I need some help. There is a Problem with the Daring Class called "is allready in meshcollider list", which seems to make the ship "invisible" for the enemy.
I already deaktivated all other Mods (I only keept AC und SL) and changed the order but nothing helped.
Can someone help me to understand the problem?

I suggest looking at a few other mods that work using Sealifter and if they're not working, turn off all your mods but one with the sealifter setup and test. If still broken best to fresh install sealifter, AnchorChain and preloader.zip
