Satoko Houjou (Higurashi When They Cry)

A playermodel of Satoko Houjou from the visual novel series "Higurashi When They Cry".

This is an amateur attempt to port a model, so it has problems:
* Legs, hands and necktie are a bit wonky and can get "twisted" or stretched
* Legs can rarely clip through skirt
* No 1st person playermodel
* I couldn't figure out how to use the proportions trick, so model is scaled down in-game with Lua scripting (player's model scale is set to 0.7 when they spawn with Satoko model selected). The ragdoll is the normal size, however - and so is the playermodel preview. It can also introduce issues with other addonds.

I'll probably add bodygroups for colors of the shirt/skirt and necktie, as well as facial expressions, if somebody asks for it.
