Gender options - An Elder Kings submod

Description
A tiny, lightweight submod for Elder Kings that adds the ability to change gender doctrines via game rules.

Also changes inheritance laws!

@Tåni Blær I think I found the issue, had specifically to do with the game rule Et Pater et Mater. Updated the mod, it should work as intended now.

Hmm strange, doesn't work as intended. I am rn only using EK2 and this mod, I am using the gamerule Et Mater Et Pater, and its still Male Only, just tested it on Attrebus

@Tåni Blær That does not sound right. Have you checked whether it's another mod interfering? I just checked and in my case women are still in the line of inheritance with male preference.

Nice mod, would it be possible to add Male Preference, but having Females be able to inherit should their be no direct Male heirs? Basically the usual CK3 inheritance law. I might be forgetting something, but I swear thats how EK2 used to be in the beginning, but they changed it.
