About the Guide
This guide will help provide players to 100% complete their Hourglass Dog collection if they get stuck trying to find it themselves. Important information has been blackened to prevent accidental spoilers when looking for specific dogs to collect. Pictures and such are not in it to encourage self discovery.

This guide, although made by me, did not entirely find all of the dog locations. A combination of other players, Forum posters, and commenters from other postings have been put together in order to make up this list on how to find the locations of each of the Hourglass Dogs. I'll also be making this list to allow people to also find each of the dogs once you have given up on trying to find them yourselves (I sure know I did after finding half or so on my own).

But overall, this guide will compile all of the information into one comprehensive list. The Dog's Name, Where to find it, and How to discover it will be blackened out to prevent accidentally spoiling people that want to try and find the dogs themselves.

As such, I hope you enjoy discovering these dogs as much as I have spent ramming ENA into anything and everything.
Hourglass Dog #1
Name: Hat Dog
Where to Find it: This dog can be found in the Uncanny Streets (the main location where you explore the game).
How to Discover it: There is a trail of blood that leads to a pet on the ship/building. Ignoring it and looking right will be a door that, when interacted with, will lead you to a mirror room. Going up the pole and following the general idea of leaving this place by moving forward, you eventually make it back outside, but are now on top of the ship/building. The dog will be at the front of this ship/building
Hourglass Dog #2
Name: Ranine Dog
Where to Find it: This dog can be found in the Purge Maze (the location before you enter the ear to get to the Purge Event. Also the place where the taxi takes you to if you request a ride from the taxi driver).
How to Discover it: After having the building block your path, you must GET GOOD and sprint jump onto the jutted out coffins. There are two ways you can reach this dog:

Start from the area with the taxi (now destroyed) and work your way hopping from coffin to casket to eventually scale the top of the area. or;

Start from the area with the taxi (now destroyed) and work your way hopping from coffin to casket to reach a wall that protrudes outwards that seems to lead towards a hole in the wall.

Either way will bring you to an open area. Once here, you can look around to find a group of those purple net carrying people dancing in a ring with the dog in the center of it.
Hourglass Dog #3
Name: Sticky-Note Dog
Where to Find it: This dog can be found in the Uncanny Streets (the main location where you explore the game) in the building with the flesh cave.
How to Discover it: Coming back with a humanboard, you can plant him in fertile soil, in the room with the pendulum and claim your dog.
Hourglass Dog #4
Name: Glasses Dog
Where to Find it: This dog can be found in the Purge Event (the location after you enter the ear within the Purge Maze)
How to Discover it: Explore. You will eventually find the dog in one of the rooms within the Purge Event.
Hourglass Dog #5
Name: Money Dog
Where to Find it: This dog can be found in the Uncanny Streets (the main location where you explore the game).
How to Discover it: There is a ring of rocks far behind the shaman's hut. You must bring a movable rock to complete this ring. This rock can be found in various locations across Uncanny Streets, but somewhere near Taski Maiden (the panicked, sticker-looking, red haired girl) it can be found. Moving into the rock will be the only way to move the rock, so it will take some time to eventually bring the rock to the ring. Once done, the dog should appear.
Hourglass Dog #6
Name: Suspicious Dog
Where to Find it: This dog can be found in the Purge Maze (the location before you enter the ear to get to the Purge Event. Also the place where the taxi takes you to if you request a ride from the taxi driver).
How to Discover it: After having the building block your path, you must GET GOOD and sprint jump onto the jutted out coffins. Start from the area with the taxi (now destroyed) and work your way hopping from coffin to casket to eventually scale the top of the area. From here, there should be a slightly lower section that has some tombstones and an obelisk/small pillar. There is also a hole on the wall as well. From on top of the small pillar/obelisk, jump just right so that you land into the hole without bonking your head. It will teleport you to an area with the dog.
Hourglass Dog #7
Name: Druid Dog
Where to Find it: This dog can be found in the Purge Maze (the location before you enter the ear to get to the Purge Event. Also the place where the taxi takes you to if you request a ride from the taxi driver).
How to Discover it: Outside of the entrance to the Purge Event (the ear), there is a false wall on the backside of the ear that you can phase through. The dog is there.
Hourglass Dog #8
Name: Handsome Dog
Where to Find it: This dog can be found in the Lost Village (the location where you fall into the white river)
How to Discover it: In one of the corners of the area, there will be a ramp that leads down and to the dog. Pretty simple.
Hourglass Dog #9
Name: REDACTED Dog
Where to Find it: This dog can be found in the Lost Village (the location where you fall into the white river)
How to Discover it: At one of the double doors at the edges of the area, there will be a single set that you are able to knock on. Knock multiple times to be teleported to a room that eventually leads to the dog when explored.
Hourglass Dog #10
Name: Bug Dog
Where to Find it: This dog can be found in the Red Outworld (the starting red location)
How to Discover it: Listening for dog barking, continue to wander the area until it is found. Climb the railing and ventilation unit to scale the building, find the side of the building where the barking is strongest, and spam the interact button until you discover the dog.
Hourglass Dog #11
Name: Mustache Dog
Where to Find it: This dog can be found in the Uncanny Streets (the main location where you explore the game).
How to Discover it: There is an oddly small and still cloud in the sky. Climbing up onto the building that has the talking Cloud NPC (using a humanboard on one of the fertile soil spots) and looking up at the cloud. This will take about 10 mintues or so for the cloud to lower to the building. (You do not need to focus on the cloud using right-click)
Hourglass Dog #12
Name: D-O-G
Where to Find it: This dog can be found in the Broken Palace (the location where you meet the destroyed Genie).
How to Discover it: Falling into the surrounding pit will respawn you high into the air. Constantly falling into the pit without touching the ground, about 10 times in a row, will cause the dog to appear.
Hourglass Dog #13
Name: Crazy Dog
Where to Find it: This dog can be found in the Bathroom (the location where you cross the white river and enter the giant bathroom).
How to Discover it: One of the stalls in the bathroom will be open. Sitting on the chair for a few minutes then leaving will cause the stall next to you to open and reveal the dog. (Might need to crouch the entire time)
Hourglass Dog #14
Name: Dona Dog
Where to Find it: This dog can be found in the Bathroom (the location where you cross the white river and enter the giant bathroom).
How to Discover it: In the starting area of the bathroom, there is an area of pitch black. Facing forward, holding moving backwards, and then moving left and right will discover a path that leads to this dog.
Conclusion
I hope this guide has been helpful in your own discovery of each Hourglass Dog. I felt that releasing pictures with the guide would encourage your own discovering and enjoyment into finding each dog on your playthroughs of ENA: Dream BBQ Quest.

Special shoutout mentions to Eren Hinger, Iron Sky, ComfyLilith, GenaKrokodil, Soapyintern3, xepois, and everyone else in participation in finding all of the dog's locations. I thank you all for your dedication and time into this beloved game!

PS: Yes, we have been railroaded and red herringed on various discoveries on the quest to find all of the Dogs.

A bit late but, in addition to DaVince right below this, you can also clip inside of the vents by going up to the window where you hear the dog, crouching, and jumping (while crouched) into the window. Do it in the middle or right side, if you do it on the left you'll clip through the inside of the building and fall back down to the ground.
Then you just get out by falling out the aforementioned hidden entrance

For hourglass dog #10 there is actually an interactable wall on the second floor of the building which leads to the dog. Spamming the button is not necessary at all, just find the spot
DaVince 15 Apr @ 1:38pm
You can also get into this area through a crawlspace down in one of the dark areas in the building. So there seem to be two ways to get to that dog.

I got it. The guide's description is a little vague here. The dog is at the side of the building, through one of the walls, but still on the upper floor (so you need to be on the roof for it).

This is a good guide but a final picture for each of the dogs' locations might help it more.

#10 is driving me nuts . I can hear the dog bark occasionally. I've pressed interact in every single spot on the roof I could think to interact with. And yet, nothing.

I love secrets, but damn, the game sometimes makes these insane to find, haha. Good job to everyone who first discovered these.

For dog 10 it helps a lot to turn the music off and listen for bells at first.

Can confirm you don't need to crouch for dog 13
