How to unlock Bush:
1.Play Biden
2.Have coalition with GOP (National Unity Goverment)
3.Accept Mistah Pence and His Buddies
4.Accept Blue Dogs
5.Wait 60 days
6.You get event allowing Bush to return as VP
7.Make Biden resign or die, but please don't do this to him
8.Congrats you have Bush back!

How to unlock Bill:
1.Have Bush as pres
2.Nominate him (Only in 2024)

How to unlock specific Vice president:
1.Cheney: Have Conservative influence over 40%
2.Kerry: Have Liberals influence over 30%
3.Gore: Have Liberals influence over 50%
How to Unlock Middle east expansion (Bush exclusive):
1.Have Bush inaugurated for fourth term
2.Do "American Diplomatic corps" focus
How to Inavde Asia and Europe:
1.Russia must annex whole europe and be at peace
2.China must win GAW and be at peace
Also:
-Iraq Doesn't Invade Kuwait
-Iran doesn't Invade Iraq
-Pro-Iranian militia now doesn't Join axis
-Iran doesn't join CSTO
-Don't invade China if they go into Crazy Loji (it's bugged)

For some reason Lebanon gets a core on Maine when you reorganize them.

Also the traits for the President don't work either, though I'm unsure if it's bugged or if you just haven't implemented them yet. It's the ones where you need to meet a certain requirement, like being at war with a communist nation or having a Republican Secretary of Foreign Affairs. They always stay "inactive" even when it's met.

@W. Reorganizing Lebanon doesn't work. See after Iran falls you get a normal peace deal, and if you annex everything you get the reorganization options. The Iran and Yemen ones work but if you click the Lebanon one nothing happens, they just stay annexed. But say you go to war with someone, it shows them as being capitulated in the war menu. I'm not sure if it's just completely broken or if it has something to do with the war against Israel/Iran's faction. In my play-through Israel lost and was annexed by Palestine if that makes a difference.
