Originally created for gmod 10 in 2006 by a user named "SilverRaptor" (according to the folders name at least)
(I also believe this might have been from the toybox, not sure though).

Search "shoop" in the spawn menu to find the models

If you were a fan of the "shoop da whoop" meme in 2007, then you probably saw the video (shown above) which features a custom made "shoop da whoop" face on a metrocop killing some Breen npc's (currently sitting at 4 million views).

In 2023, the video's creator asked in the comments if anyone had a copy of the model, as they're copy was long gone. I was also curious if this model still existed anywhere, So after doing some reverse image searching, I found it on a Russian website called gmod-fan.com which has archives of old gmod 10 addons.

Note: gmod-fan.com requires you to register an account to download, if you don't speak Russian then i'd recommend using google translate (or any translator app/extension) to navigate.

note: the shoop da whoop face itself (separate from the Metrocop) is included as well, though it doesn't spawn when clicked for some reason, i'm not sure why.

I'm wondering if the issue regarding the face prop not spawning in the game has been a thing ever since this mod's creation back in the day, especially considering that if you watch the original video that this was featured in, at first glance, it appears to be a custom made model pasted onto an already existing character model from Half-Life 2. And as far as I know, there aren't that many videos on YouTube that show this mod being used for anything else. And to be fair, a lot of other mods have this issue, where they appear in the spawnmenu but don't spawn in whatever map you're on. While it's kind of a bummer, I personally don't see it as that big of an issue since I've seen other GMod mods have that sort of thing
