Starter Prison (Area 7)

Description
After being arrested you have been sent to a newly built prison named "Area 7". A relitively light hearted, and less strict prison, although still secure. NOTE: This is my first prison Ive built. I think the most annoying part was the prison requirements.

Found small problem, during lockdown you can't return to your cell :P
