[WIP] The Polishing of Isaac: Retweakance

NOTE: This mod is a work in progress, so bugs are likely! Mods that change certain animations or modify the costumes2.xml file will likely be incompatible with this one for the time being. Should work on Repentance and Repentance+

This mod plans to make sure every texture in the game fits in line with Repentance's current style, which is a more polished version of flash Isaac's style. Currently some costumes and monsters are resprited, among a couple extra tweaks, but eventually everything will be redone.

I made all of the textures used in this mod (except for any sourced from the base game)
