Rimsenal Style Packs Without Royalty [1.5]

Description
Not being updated to 1.6, go ask the Rimsenal dev(s) to add it.

This mod removes the unspoken and unintentional Royalty requirement on the Rimsenal style packs, including Urbworld, Techist, Murica, French, and even Sophian despite what it says on the tin!

Previously, if you hadn't had Royalty enabled and tried to use any of the included style packs, the game would start tweaking. This issue caused by a simple mistake in some XML that didn't properly cite Royalty items as requiring Royalty to work. All I did was made the game understand that these items from Royalty should only be taken into account if Royalty is installed, so all Ideology users may enjoy the lovely dovely art of the Rimsenal series.

lowkey not updating this, mainly because I don't know how to.
like, two people use this, and I have Royalty myself now.
