[B42] Louisville Airport Spawn

Spawn in Louisville Airport. Adds 38 unique spawn points, implemented for the following professions:

- Unemployed: 6 spawn points
- Burglar: 2 spawn points
- Chef: 6 spawn points
- Construction Worker: 2 spawn points
- Doctor: 1 spawn points
- Fire Officer: 2 spawn points
- Nurse: 1 spawn points
- Police Officer: 3 spawn points
- Repairman: 2 spawn points
- Security Guard: 4 spawn points
- Veteran: 1 spawn points
- Burger Flipper: 6 spawn points
- Electrician: 2 spawn points
- Engineer: 5 spawn points
- Metal Worker: 2 spawn points
- Mechanics: 6 spawn points

Some of the spawn points are shared between professions. For example, a doctor will spawn at the same place as a nurse.

You can select Louiville Airport Spawn Outside for a hardcore experience. It adds spawn points on roofs which makes up for a challenging start.

When selecting the spawn option, the spawn point preview on the map does not point to the correct place. I don't know why. The spawn points are still working so you can ignore it.
