Tram/light rail track pack for 1067mm

Description
This pack is very similar to the one for 1000 mm. It includes 17 types of track geared towards tram and light rail. It also includes several additional track elements as "buildings". This is measured for 1067 mm track and is also similar to my packs for 1435 and 1520/1524 mm. The pack is integrated with my other track mods. All mods have names starting with AVP to have them in one place.

See screenshots for overview. Note most bridge versions are made identical with ground versions (i.e. no railings). This is because tram tracks are often part of larger bridges carrying cars etc. so railings may be unhelpful. Add railings from e.g. my bridge variety pack.

Included track:

Light rail (speed 80 km/h) - on gravel, on brown earth (both with concrete ties), in slab (buried under surface except top of the rail) and ladder track (exposed rails).

Tram (speed generally 60 km/h) - on gravel, on brown earth (both with wood ties), on gray and red asphalt, on large concrete plates, on red and gray stones, on tiles, on cobblestone (40 km/h). There are two versions of gray asphalt track - standard (3.8m wide lane) and narrow (3.0m wide lane - for narrow European streets).

Two special types of track - (1) 80 km/h rails only (no base, no borders, no sleepers) - this is convenient e.g. to do a level crossing with a road or use inside buildings (eg depot). Add "filler" buildings (asphalt, concrete) as desired.
(2) temporary track (no base, metal ties) for ground track - 30 km/h, see-through (no base) viaduct 60 km/h, and open-pit (no cover) tunnel 80 km/h.

Included "buildings": check rails (one sided and two sided), guard rails, guard rail ends, large metal and resin plates for level crossings, rusted rails - grooved and regular. Select the desired building from the list, double click to place it into the model, pick the desired track, and it should snap into the right place on or around the track.

You can see examples of using this track pack on my Tokyo model on Utsunomiya Light Rail and fictional Matsumoto city tram lines, in the screenshots above.

Any comments on improvements are welcome.
