Description
Deleting the Revolution Center is an EU4 mod that removes revolutionary hubs.

I created this mod because I dislike tricolor flags, and this is the best method I know of to significantly reduce their chances of appearing.

Because, I tired with my limited knowledge of modding to delete all of the tricolor flags.

And it doesnt work. This is the only methode I found to reduce the tricolor flags.

Why don't you make a mod for the flags instead?
