Description

Description
Semi funtional light mech designed for WW 1 & 2, based off the PZM-24 "Tur" from Iron Harvest. The Titan is a massive, bipedal mechanical war machine built for the Allied Forces. Few units can equal the super heavy mech in terms of supreme armour and firepower, making it a mobile fortress and an ideal line-breaker. However such behemoths put considerable strain on industry & infrastructure, taking considerable time & resources to mobilize or redeploy compared to smaller, lighter mechs. Also do to its size the only vehicle large & strong enough to recover a broken down Titan is another Titan. Do to these limitations they are commonly deployed in very limited numbers as a result. None the less there are few more awe-inspiring sights than a column of these walking battleships trudging across the landscape, dominating the skyline, Instilling fear or raising moral on all that behold it.

NOTE: All class's have active repair facilities at their rear that will constantly repair small amounts of damage unless the walker is quickly overwhelmed or hit with heavy munitions they can patch themselves up & keep fighting, What these mechs lack in raw armour they make up for in endurance.

Sentry Class - Designed to guard forward operating bases & vital parts of the front-lines day & night. This variant carries an observation tower, extra machine guns, & extra spot lights. This is to help to keep it from becoming overrun by infantry while its main armament is more then capable of countering any vehicle. The observation tower is manned by snipers but is also commonly used for directing artillery and mortar fire onto a target. With observation towers high above much like battleships crows nests, they can sit just under the horizon or behind terrain and still able to direct rounds on the targets beyond direct line of sight of the gunners.

Air Defence Class - As aircraft were not nearly as powerful in WW1, these walkers were designed with rapid redeployment of large anti aircraft cannons in mind rather then defence of an armour unit, though still more then capable of doing so. They were meant to stay mobile & try to intercept any bombers or air ships in their area of operation, effectively increasing the range at which the AA cannon can cover, while still able to defend itself & support the infantry with its main armament. While not the fastest Anti-Air platform, its size & durability allow it to run around the battlefield without interference form the terrain in most situations and one of the only ones able to effectively operate in towns & cities with large structures.

Offence Walker Mk1 & 2 - Designed for assaulting enemy positions, this variant carries extra sponson mounted cannons or rocket pods and a dorsal mounted turreted 75mm & machine gun. They are deployed en masse to break threw the enemies front lines and encircle them with enough armour & firepower to outmatch any opposing mechs they encounter. Later versions would replace the redundant sponson cannons with rocket pods for quickly destroying tougher threats or obliterating mass's of smaller ground targets. Despite being deployed far less frequently then the other variants, they have none the less become the most common used for propaganda by both sides. Instilling a sense of fear or raising moral depending on the nation, they proved more successful at selling war bonds & drawing recruits then turning the tide of war.

NOTE: WW1 versions only carry HE while WW2 versions carry AP & HE ammunition.
