### Loading Battle PostBattle
Fixes loading ui for battle and post battle screens.

- Tested with 40 units.
- Tested with DEI

### Modifies
- /ui/loading_ui/battle
- /ui/loading_ui/postbattle

### Compatibility
Compatible with anything that does not edit the same files.
Simple visual edit, 99% it doesn't conflict with anything.
If it does, put on top, should be just fine.
Tested with DEI.
