### DEI Pre Battle Post Battle Fix for 20 units
Fixes pre battle post battle screen for DEI.

- Makes unit cards bigger
- Moves effect higher
- Other stuff

### Modifies
- /ui/campaign ui/pre_battle_post_battle

### Compatibility
Compatible with anything that does not edit the same files.
Simple visual edit, 99% it doesn't conflict with anything.
If it does, put on top, should be just fine.
Tested with DEI.
