Better Escalation - Heartland

A large scale battle, slowly escalating into nuclear war (late into the match).

Players start at Rank 3 to provide more options (including supersonic and stealth aircraft) to players who join the match late. This makes for a fairer start, with only the highly specialized aircraft having to be unlocked.

Additionally, overpowered aircraft/weapons have been nerfed/banned, ensuring a fairer fight for all players, regardless of rank.

Note: Some aircraft may have some loadout options removed unintentionally. Currently banning items, bans them from all aircraft.
Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about this unless the developers add the ability to limit weapons on a per-aircraft basis.
