Victoryless Quests

Description
A small mod that simply replaces the "Victory" condition from the final quest of all factions with a copy of the Lord of Skulls quest trait.

Unfortunately, I believe this mod will disable achievements related to finishing quests. I'm honestly not sure how the achievements are handled, since some (non-quest related) achievements have triggered for me in multiplayer, but others won't unless I'm in singleplayer.
