UPDATE - more cores, including some historical ones that don't ruin the diplomacy... I think

Works with every language but my translation sucks unless it's Russian or English

A little event adds starting cores for -
East Germany (DDR)
West Germany (FRG)
Bigger Prussia
CSA (Confederacy)
some Native Americans and Jan Mayen
Slovakia (it didn't exist pre-1.15)
United Baltic Duchy, on start.

BUT the cherry on top is the new country of Galicia-Lodomeria. It doesn't have any content but makes for better borders if you play as decentralized Austria-Hungary.
