### Encyclopedia Buildings Fix - Sliders Off
Fixes the encyclopedia. Nothing should overflow. 21 units max. Both sliders off.

### Compatibility
Compatible with anything that does not edit the same files.
Simple visual edit, 99% it doesn't conflict with anything.
If it does, put on top, should be just fine.
Tested with DEI.

Thank you, I put them in separate because I don't want to force people to use them all.
Once the collection grows a bit, maybe Ill do it. You are free to do it too if you want, please steal my stuff.
