Description
Tired of losing IRL sanity from darkness? Now enjoy moonlight every night that isn't new moon and isn't raining heavy.

Also increases the TUNING.SANITY_HIGH_LIGHT from 0.6 to 1.5, as a corrective fix, so you lose in-game sanity properly during the brighter nights.
