Concept Styled Hunter-Chopper

Description
Basically just the Hunter-Chopper with the color scheme seen in one of the concept arts for it, that's all there is to it.
I uploaded this a few months ago on GameBanana before the workshop came to be and I completely forgot to port this over, so here it is.
