More Outpost Objects - Gunsmith rebalance

Makes the weapons sold at More Outpost Objects' Gunsmith store require the completion of story quest of their respective tiers so that you can't just jump to tier 6 by becoming rich.

Also added some more throwing weapons, and removed some that are already available at other shops (Peacekeeper magnum, molten boomerang, etc..)

Since this relies on main story quests, i'm not sure how it will interact with story disabler mods, probably incompatible.
