Report a translation problem
It's confusing but the Haydee games often do this. You get 1 battery in Technical, that is obvious. But the 2nd battery is the one from Tutorial, the beginning of the game. After you get the Bolt Cutter you can go back through Medical into Tutorial, and this allows you to take EITHER the Jammer OR the Battery. So you take the Jammer, go out of Medical, get the Shotgun, then go back, put the Jammer in, grab the Battery, and leave again through Medical.
