Celtic Cape Retexture

Description
Not Compatible with Layers: Capes and Armor as it uses it's own textures for the different capes.

Retextures the cape from Royalty to have a Celtic sailor knot trim on it.

This mod is mainly meant for personal use due to the lack of cape retextures on the workshop, but is being uploaded for others to use for the exact same reason.

@ozfresh, yes you do since it's not a new item, but merely a retexture of the cape from Royalty
