Less Weight Herbs 1.4

Description
Reduces the weight of both fresh and dried herbs by a factor of 10, making them weigh 0.01 instead of 0.1 Due to engine limitations, the in-game weight appears as 0, but the actual weight is 0.01 Pairs perfectly with my other mod Dried Herbs No Quality Loss

Is there any way to make a mod to make only dried herbs lighter or weightless? it would give some realistic purpose to drying herbs without feeling too unbalanced, since you can counter the quality loss with perks
