It helps boost it in search results for those who are looking for content relating to Portal!

IMPORTANT
  • No additional games are required for this addon. Previously, Portal 1 and 2 were required (as those games contain the textures used by the addon) but I opted to include the textures since having two entire games installed for a small Garry's Mod addon to work made zero sense.
  • No player models are included with this addon.
  • This addon does not modify any existing player models to use the included hand model.
  • To use the arms model with any existing player model, you'll need Fesiug's Edit of the Enhanced PlayerModel Selector.

Addon Contents
  • An edited version of Portal 1's unused "v_hands" model, for use as a first-person arms model. For anyone creating custom playermodels, the path for the model is: "models\weapons\c_portal1_arms.mdl"
  • A Lua autorun script which adds the hands to Fesiug's Edit of the Enhanced PlayerModel Selector.
  • A fix for missing texture on the portal gun viewmodel from Portal 1.
