Description
The Insurgency is determined and is receiving a lot of support from a world power, you have been authorized to use Chemical Attacks against the insurgents, these are slower than normal airstrikes and have guaranteed civilian casualties but are very powerful, Chemical Attacks are manual and wont be carried out automatically unless you Relax Rules to 100% with the event Update Rules of Engagement for Airstrikes.
