This mod does not disable tracers in any way. It does provide options to force tracers and select color + scale.

ARC9 has a "minimum distance" before tracers start appearing but if you want the *effect* of a laserbeam (hitscan, perfect accuracy) you can start by using the tuning system to crank muzzle velocity way high, set bullet gravity x0 (it's in the divide folder), set bullet drag x0 (again, divide folder), and then set spread to be as low as desired.
For cosmetics, go into the Unlameifier Core and find the tracers in the toys folder. From there, pick a size and a color of your choice and that should work for a "laser".
MW19 sounds are layered, not something we can cleanly implement. I did want to do this though so I'm not explicitly saying no.
