Description
"gm_evocation" Remaster

Just to keep up with my promise, here is a re-release of my third upload to the Garrysmod workshop. Now complete with better optimization, lighting, and props.

"gm_ruralliving1995" will have to be remade from the ground up as proper optimization techniques were not used in the process of map-making. The remake will most likely not be at anytime in the near future.

All custom props and textures featured are credited to their creators at the end of the description!

Still one of my favorite maps, though why was some of the uhh content of the original removed? If you know you know. I think you should still leave your old maps and map versions up, it's a shame losing older maps. Especially ones as good as Evocation

I loosely based the whole map off of one picture I saw while scrolling through a post about someone wanting to modernize the 2000's interiors of their recently purchased home, the house was built in 2000 or 2001 if I remember. This house 100% belongs to an upper-middle class family. I intended for it to be more standard middle class but it got away from me!

i wouldn't say average, this is wealthy even for back then, also if this is the mid 2000s how tf is a window from 2011 open, time travel!

I'm curious what the deal is with the computer screen having a reference to the October 2011 New York helicopter crash is and how it relates.

5 full size expensive TV's for this time period all with dvd and vcr head units, xbox AND ps2, and a model train set? this map looks like a normal house but man this dude has money, upper middle class for sure, hell even TWO SETS of washer and dryers, in lore dude works at mcrae and associates, probably a upper level lawyer?

4/5 bedrooms, 3 bath, 2 kitchen, this house is unassumingly MASSIVE, easily 350-500k price range in midwest
